SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Our shipping fee is $7.95 flat rate within Australia. Express shipping is $10 flat rate.

For orders over $100 we offer free standard shipping within Australia.

We process and ship all orders within 5 days. In busy periods please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be posted. Standard shipping within Australia takes 1-7 days.

If you require a quicker delivery time, please select Express Post as the option during checkout. We are not responsible for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

All parcels are sent via Australia Post and a tracking number will be sent to your email address. If nobody is home to receive the order, Australia Post reserve the right to leave in a safe place if there is a place out of sight. If the driver does not believe there is a safe place, the parcel will be taken to the nearest post office for collection.

For ​International Shipping the cost will automatically be calculated depending on which country you are sending to when you reach check out. International orders will be sent via Standard International Post with an estimated arrival time of 15-30 days.

Incorrect address or returned parcels:
If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.

 

REFUND POLICY

Returns
A return will be accepted for goods that are faulty/damaged. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 days.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we will organise an exchange for you. Please find our email address in the Contact page

Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of products being returned.
